Salvation

Acts 4:12

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

The most important thing that you can ever do in life is to know that you have been saved through faith in Jesus Christ.  There is nothing that you can of yourself do to inherit eternal life in heaven.  The only way to escape the penalty of sin; that is, eternity in hell apart from a loving and merciful God, is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, repent of your sin, and receive Him into your heart.  Jesus died for you!  He took your place on an old rugged cross and became the sacrifice for your sin and the sins of the world.  Because of Him you can know that you are saved and are bound for heaven.  Read the scriptures below and decide for yourself.  Let us know of your decision!  We are praying that you will make the right choice.

1.  No one is good. - Romans 3:10

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.

2.  Everyone has sinned. - Romans 3:23

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

3.  Where did sin begin? - Romans 5:12 (Adam)

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.

4.  Price of sin. - Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

5.  Our way out - Christ died for us! - Romans 5:8

But God commendeth his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

6.  This is God's plan for sinners.  He will save you! - Romans 10:9-10

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

7.  Ask God to save you. - Romans 10:13

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

8. Where faith comes from. - Romans 10:17

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

9.  Ask God to be merciful to you a sinner and come into your life and be your Saviour. - Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and not of yourselves; it is the gift of God:

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Ask God to save you through Jesus Christ and He will!

I John 1:9

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
