Our Pastor

Pastor Brian Harris was adopted by his parents M.S. and Ruth Harris in May of 1974 at just 2 months old.  At 7 years old Brian accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.  Joined by his wife of 14 years, Nichole and his two daughters, Tatum and Brina, Brian has served as Pastor of Mountain View Baptist Church for 5 fruitful years.  He has a genuine passion for serving the Lord and a Christ-centered love for his church and community.  A Dekalb County resident his entire life, Brian understands the need for the Gospel in our community and has dedicated his life to reaching the lost.  He would like to extend a warm welcome to you as you browse our website.  Please feel free to contact us with questions or if you are in need of prayer.  May God bless you and keep you.
